Air Chilling Systems | Portable Chillers

Portable chillers are self-contained with controls in water cooled and air cooled condensers, and include integral pumping sets.

Standard sizes range from 3 to 20 tons.

Fluid delivery temperature ranges are 30 to 60 deg F water or water/glycol mixture. Systems are based on R-22 refrigerant.

• Portable cabinet with casters.
• Semi-hermetic scroll compressor with hot gas bypass capacity control .
• Direct expansion evaporator based on 50 deg F leaving water in a copper brazed plate design.
• Air cooled condenser with aluminum fin, copper tube or steel shell, copper tube water cooled condenser.
• Refrigerant pressure controls with high and low side refrigerant gauges, pressure safety control, refrigerant pressure relief valves, high pressure safety, and low pressure freezestat.
• Fluid circuit components include close coupled centrifugal pump, Polyethylene open to atmosphere reservoir sized to the chiller requirements.
• Pre-wired electrical system for single point connection rated for 460/3/60 or 230/3/60, three phase motor starter with overload protection.
• Microprocessor based temperature control .
• Operator controls.
