Every standard refrigeration and/or heating & cooling module
can be modified to meet your particular process requirements.
TEMPEST specializes in custom chilling systems and temperature
control modules for low temperatures and explosion proof applications.
Systems are designed using all facets of the TEMPEST product
line. Cold Utility systems can be configured with a cooling tower,
chiller, and volume of cold fluid to service multiple users.
Automatic valves can be configured to take advantage of the colder
ambient temperatures for free cooling. Hot Utilities typically
include a gas-fired burner or electric immersion heaters with
integral pump and reservoir system. Individual heat transfer
stations automatically mix the hot and cold fluids to control
temperature at the process application. Systems are usually designed
with a central microprocessor or PLC system to integrate the
controls.
Lab applications are portable heating & cooling systems
with casters, stainless steel cabinets to a variety of finishes,
and typically integrated with PLC controls. Orbital welded stainless
piped systems combined with a high grade of components are matched
for small scale applications in clean environments. Systems are
validatable.
