Hot water heating & cooling systems to control precise temperatures from 50 to 250 deg F. Glycol/water system designs can provide for a wider operating temperature range from 0 deg F to 300 deg F temperature ranges with the same features to increase the operating temperature range.

• Single zone stand alone units or multiple zone
  horizontal and vertically stacked systems.
• Close or long coupled pump & motor sets.
• Electric immersion heating with on/off or modulating control.
• Steam heated shell & tube, gasketed plate & frame, brazed plate, or welded plate heat exchangers with all necessary steam supply and condensate components.
• Cooling heat exchangers in shell & tube, gasketed plate & frame, brazed plate, or welded plate heat exchangers for closed loop cooling.
• Open loop cooling via direct injection from the cooling source into the process recirculation loop.
• Heating and cooling control valves in on/off solenoid or pneumatic modulating control valves.
• Single loop PID temperature controllers and PLC rack controls with power supply, micro-processor, analog & digital input and output cards with touch screen operator interfaces.
