Services provided at Tempest
We are committed to keeping your process running and provide
after-the-sale engineering and service support. I/O Manuals are
provided with every TEMPEST package including operation sequence,
general assembly (as built), electrical schematic, and piping
and instrument diagram, and component literature.
Start up
Process Evaluation and Spare Parts can also be part of our services.
Start up is optional for packaged TEMPEST systems and performed
by an engineer or technician that tested the unit prior to shipment
on our test stand. Training is also offered as an option for
plant personnel in the operation and maintenance requirements
for the system. Call for current daily or hourly rates for start
up service.
Evaluation
TEMPEST offers our vast experience in engineering and design
services to evaluate your process application. The service
includes time on site, operating the existing system, discussing
the operation and existing problems with site personnel, and
providing a written evaluation with solutions and recommendations
for improvement.
Spare Parts
TEMPEST stocks over $50,000.00 in spare parts for quick shipment.
Most of the inventory is for normal wear items such as compressor
and pump seals, motors, valve seals and electronics items.
If we don't have the item in stock at our factory, we can get
them in a timely manner.We can provide spare parts for most
temperature control systems and industrial refrigeration systems...
